I am trying to logon to the helpdesk to add a support request. However I have no idea what my password is within the helpdesk! It is clearly different to the passwords for the control panel and these forums.
Could someone please get in contact to let me know how I can resolve this problem?

the helpdesk user/password are same as your control panel user/password, please come on LiveChat for instant support.

Actually it isn’t the same. I have two different logons/passwords for JodoHost, one for my control panel and the other for these forums, both work where they are supposed to - but neither works for logging onto the help desk.
I will livechat later to get this sorted, I have to pick up my daughter in a couple of minutes.

Problem solved - grateful thanks to the online chat arrangement.
I have to say that I have experience of several ISP’s over several years, and without doubt JodoHost is the best I ever worked with!
