Update on ticket?

Hi folks,

Could someone from support please look at and give me an update on:

FNW-46434-702

The ticket was opened on Fri May 25 2007, and then put on hold. I believe the tickeet may now be lost in cyberspace since I haven’t heard anything more. (I updated the ticket through support..but I think the “Hold” status may mean it is stuck somewhere..that is why I am asking about it here.)

Sorry for the delay response on ticket.

DTC (Distributed Transaction coordinator) process was set to manual and another application was calling it to open. I disabled DTC service on server.

Also, i replied you in ticket. Kindly, check it.
