We plan to upgrade our servers to HSphere 2.4.3 Patch10 starting Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 11:30:00 PM EST. This is just a bugfix update. There will be no winbox update.
No service will be affected for more than 10 minutes. But control panel will be stopped for an hour for the upgrade to complete.
Control panel maybe down for 4 hours as the patch includes postgresql update and the updater may take safe “backup-then update” path for control panel database.
It has been delayed due to backup in progress. We will be starting the upgrade as soon as this is done.
CP has been stopped for upgrade.
SMTP is stopped on mail1 as Hsphere upgrade script went unresponsive on this server. We are working on the issue.
This has been fixed. Mail1 is being manually updated now and then the updater will be restarted.
