I’m a long-time reseller customer, so all my stuff is on cluster1. I’ve hit my limit on included domains in my package and now pay for every new account. I’ve used only half my resources (disk, bandwidth, etc) and so far, the economics are such that buying new accounts still makes sense. But I’m at the point where I need to plan my next move.
Options:
Upgrade to a higher reseller plan
Buy a second plan
I’m trying to decide if there’s an advantage to option 2. I’d get an account on cluster 2; not sure of the benefits of that. I think I’ll need a new domain for the service account. I’ll have added confusion in terms of DNS servers, CP servers, etc. that I’ll have to communicate to customers and to keep straight myself.
Anyone else faced this decision and have some advice to share?
As to the new cp entry page of cluster2, you could just create a register such as cp.clientdomain.com, and make it go to cluster2 cp page.
Then you would have a easy standard to follow and to remember.
Now, technically speaking… I also would like to hear some opinions.
Is there anything technically advantageous on cluster2 ?
