Upgrading from Reseller to VPS

If I upgrade from reseller to VPS account, would Jodohost make the upgrade seamless?

Do I need to reinstall my apps, database, email, domain, etc?

there is no way to make reseller to VPS a seamless process, it changes control panels.
It will require manually moving files by FTP, setting up mails by hand, etc.
