I need emails from UPS and I can’t get them, I have white listed this domain and getting nothing. I don’t know how you can fix this, but I need these emails coming in on mail3. They have been trying to send me a email for over 2 weeks and will only use the email i have set up.
Fix *@ups.com so I can get this information.
I get complaints everday alot of emails coming to me are sent back as spam, and I even turn off DSPAM for some of my emails.
RIght now I need to worry about these from UPS…

Mails WILL NOT come back as spam from dspam, it is from the hpshere control panel. The spam assassin settings determine what happens with the dspam detection.
I dont know, but dspam is not on for this domain and i have whitelisted ups. and cant get these emails and i need them..
I have gotten ups tracking updates, so I don’t think it is a matter of their server being on a blacklist, unless it is from some different division of UPS that is sending from a blacklisted IP I don’t see how that could be happening.
