When I try to add a help desk ticket, I get the error:
Cannot conect to 64.187.106.71

I’ve been having issues with an account that uses urlMappings in the web.config. This was working on the site (fantasite.net) but today stopped working and now all existing links go to “page not found” instead of the right page. Trying to find out if a configuration change has disabled this. Thanks.

Not sure if anything was done, but (after a couple hours down) this just started working again.

There is additional config needde (by us)d for some url routing if using mvc and asp.net
