Using GoDaddy Email

I know I’ve asked this before but I can’t find my notes.

My client wants to keep their email on Godaddy.

Do they:

  1. Point the domain NS to Jodo and modify the DNS ( c record? ) so the email goes to Godday?
    or
  2. Do something on the Godaddy side to only send web traffic to Jodo?

MX record is the important one you need here, not Cname or A record.

I thought that I’d revive this thread, given the increasing attacks on Win2003 server reported in this thread. I’d prefer to have all of our accounts on

Win2008 server, but our proprietary CMS depends on ASP JPEG for image management. Any new word on Plesk implementation or other solutions for the Win2008/Hsphere/ASP JPEG issue?

ASPJPEG is on the 2008 servers as well, this is not an issue.

We can certainly move something earlier, but every server is being migrated.
