it is near impossible to use hshere while jodohost runs their billing cycle.
It is much better than it used to be 
still very difficult to do any type of administration for the hour that it runs…
I’ll plan a maintenance for coming weekend, however I’m not aware of any other complaint for slowness. It was intentionally delayed this time to see how Hsphere is performing with our recent changes.
I agree with cca that the control panel is almost impossible to use at certain times of the day. I’ve grown to accept the fact that (a) the hsphere CP sucks during the billing cycle, and (b) the billing cycle can’t be scheduled to suit everyone.
Being located in NZ does have many advantages, but my most productive time of the day coinciding with Jodo’s billing cycle is not one of them.
Does it not works better for you even after after routine DB maintenances?
It’s still relatively slow during the billing cycle even after DB maintenance, but not as bad. These days I schedule most CP activity to avoid the billing cycle so that it really doesn’t bother me too much. It’s only on the rare occasions that I need to do something at that time (usually something urgent) when I can end up tearing at my little remaining hair :smash:
Over all, not a biggie for me 
On the whole its good, but as nzkiwi said its often that its required to use the cp at that time because of urgent issues.
