Using SQL Manager Lite

Hi guys,

I’m trying to use SQL Manager Lite to manage one DB in my shared account. I specified the host, the user and the password but I keep getting errors that it can not open communication.

As a side note, I tried to put a ticket in but a friend of mine (a referral actually) logged in to his account from my PC and now I can’t log him out from the ticket system. Even when I’m in my own account in hspere, when I go to the ticket system, I’m in his account…and sure enough there is no Logout botton.

It says I dont have permissions to view the page. What kind of privileges do I need for that? I’m a current customer
