Has anyone else not been able to use all of their Dedicated IP’s? I am currently using one, and get the “The total cost of the resources you are trying to purchase exceeds your credit” message when I try to add a second. The Windows Platinum plan says we should be able to have up to 4 included if need be. I’ve opened 3 tickets so far (11969, 15111, 16821) and so far haven’t been able to get a decent response to this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Hi
Has your issue been resolved. This is a billing related issue, your account must have not been credited
Please let me know
Hey Yash,
The issue still hasn’t been resolved. Should I send an email to billing?

The problem has now been corrected.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
It was not a billing problem. The number of IPs allowed on the platinum windows plan was set at 1 instead of 4. Additionally, since you are on an annual billing term, each IP address you add would costt $1.5 * 12 which exceeds the credit limit of the plan which is $5.
In the future, to add resources over the credit limit of $5, you’d need to make an advance payment
But you’ll now be able to use all 4 dedicated IPs without paying
