I got an email from an acquaintance who wants to sell me his web business. He’s taken a full time job and wants out of the game.
Got any tips on how to place a value on the biz? We haven’t yet talked so I have no idea what he’s asking, what his sales are, or whatever. But, I’d like to be prepared with some good questions.
