Websites are down - this is what I get in the Control Panel

Name Servers
ns4.xxxxxxx.net → 173.x.xxx.5
ns3.xxxxxx.net → 173.x.yyy.5

Is this related to the server moves? If so, when will it be fixed?

Also, the Cererbrus Reseller help desk times out so can’t be reached.

Help!!
Thanks

Cerberus, probably send a ticket via email as they are coming in:
Help & Knowledge Base - OPSPI Quick Start Guides | JodoHost

The server for cerberus also moved. It won’t work on two fronts like some apps.

Your IP should match…

Will send email.

Stephen, your reply is too cryptic - what do you mean “Your IP should match”? What am I supposed to do? - everything was fine before this move to Waco

Most of my my websites have been registered with the Jodo domains service.

that IP is not moved, it is original IP, so that is why I said it should match…

Thanks Stephen - still none the wiser - what should I do then?

I register a domain via the Jodo domain service, set the Name Servers and that should be it shouldn’t it?

I’ve emailed support as suggested.

We will need to check it, there is some chance something happened with migration tasks to make an error, we’ve seen a few funny things in the process.

Right, thanks Stephen - I guess it must be related to the Grand Move To Waco in some obscure way.

Should I click the “Resolve this problem” link in the Control Panel, or would that make matters worse?

it won’t hurt to try, techs are trying to check it as well.

OK, I’ve clicked the “Resolve this problem” link.

Helpdesk is up again, but refuses to recognize my login details…???

PS Needless to say, customers going ape!

Odd… the only remaining site still down works if the www bit is missed out. Why should this be?
