I’m unable to create a new VPS account under my reseller account. Once I get to the Domain Information page of the signup Wizard, I get an otherwise empty page.
Submitted this as a ticket (16607) some time ago, but I guess the thousands of reopened tickets are interfering…
I don’t see your ticket. please update it..
I just signed up and activated a VPS account with no problem. I suggest you moderate VPS signups so that they aren’t activated immediately and instead you have to manually activate them from Signup > Moderate
I believe your current setup is activating accounts immediately after registration which may be causing this issue
I enabled moderation on all signups, but the problem remains the same.
