VPS account welcome email

After sales verfies account, and activates it in HSphere… someone trained in VPS by Stephen can create his VPS account. after creation, send this email out from your JodoHost email address with a CC to [email protected].

Thank you for signing up for our Windows VPS Value/Silver/Gold/Platinum plan. Your VPS account has now been created and activated. You can access your account at:

VPS Hostname:
IP Address:
Username: Administrator
Password:

To log into your VPS account, you’d need to use Remote Desktop or Terminal Services client. You can download terminal services from http://www.jodohost.com/mstsc.exe

What you will see is a fresh Windows 2003 install. Plesk 7.5 for Windows has not yet been installed. If you wish for us to install Plesk 7.5, please email [email protected] with your VPS account Hostname requesting the same.

To access external database services, you would have received another email with details on how to login to the HSphere control panel to manage and setup these databases. For any further support, please email [email protected] including your VPS hostname each time

If you have need to install a optional Windows Component, you may access the Windows 2003 R2 installation files by typing the below in My Computer:
\64.187.100.237\windows
Using username: cdrom
Password: drive

CD1 is in the cd1 folder, and CD2 in cd2 folder, when Windows prompts, please give the full path t the folder such as:
\64.187.100.237\windows\cd1\I386

Please do not share this information with third parties.

You can access your Power Panel by visiting:
https://%IPADDRESS%:4643/vz/cp
The login and password are the same as the windows administrative user.
From the Power Panel you can power off, restart and startup the server, as well as create two user managed backups that can later be restored. You can also view your CPU, RAM, and Network usage from the Power Panel.

What you will see is a fresh Windows 2003 install. Plesk 7.5 for Windows has not yet been installed. If you wish for us to install Plesk 7.5, please email [email protected] with your VPS account Hostname requesting the installation. We will perform the full installation within 36 hours of the request.

To access external database services, you would have received another email with details on how to login to the HSphere control panel to manage and setup these databases. For any further support, please email [email protected] including your VPS hostname each time.

You can download terminal services from http://www.jodohost.com/mstsc.exe You also have the option of logging into the server with Remote Desktop with Internet Explorer using the details contained in this email for the Power Panel.

If you have need to install a optional Windows Component, you may access the Windows 2003 x64 installation files by typing the below in My Computer:
\64.187.103.31\windows
Using username: cdrom
Password: drive

When Windows prompts, please give the full path to the folder such as:
\64.187.103.31\windows\AMD64

Please do not share this information with third parties.

If you have further requests for services like rDNS(reverse DNS) please send a ticket and allow 72 hours for creation of the needed DNS records and propagation.
