Are down AGAIN all day long.
Cannot be pinged. There’s been no announcement.
This has happened a couple of days ago and took 2 DAYS to fix. That’s been 4 days downage for my server this month???

I’m not using the ticket system because last time I had to
request an update /chat after not hearing anything for 5 or 6 hrs.

There was a minor issue with your vps account. It is fixed now.
