VPS is down.

My VPS account is down, i cannot access it. On control panel it is saying “It is Running” but it is not. When i am pinging VPS IP, it is not responding… My vps accountname is “iletmenvps” .

Your VPS is up & running. Possibly there is some network configuration problem. Please open a ticket and we will look into it.

i have created a ticket. vps ip is inaccesible “204.14.107.183”

We have a ticket in with psoft, we tested other VPS servers, and they are running properly.
