Just wondering if there is a problem with the VPS suppport center ? It seems each time I respond to a ticket, it doesn’t go through or get checked until I pm one of you to do so. (my latest RIU-E41YX-878)
we have replied this a number of times, there is a bit of a mess with the old to new plan issue, but it seems we are on the way to having that resolved.
