Web 15 - Cluster1 - Questions

I noticed web 15 is fairly new on Cluster 1 - thanks!

However, it seems that installing any type of CMS (Joomla, WordPress) is causing all kinds of Mod_security issues:

ModSecurity: Input filter: Failed to create temporary file:…
ModSecurity: (null) [hostname…
ModSecurity: Failed to access DBM file "/hsphere/local/var/httpd/tmp…

I have NOT opened a trouble ticket yet, I suppose that’s the next step, but I thought I’d check in here first to see if there was any news.

Anybody else run into problems, or is it just me?

Looks like EasyApps won’t install either…

Error creating app: Command: ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -x -a [email protected] /hsphere/shared/scripts/uncompress /hsphere/shared/scripts/3rd_party/joomla.tar.gz /hsphere/local/home

I did post a follow up in the ticket with what might be a another related issue.

Were these problems a result of ModSecurity rules/settings?

I had a similar problem before, that was causing an issue with Joomla and WordPress, just curios is the cause was the same, since this just popped up on a ‘new’ server.

Just thought I’d post a follow up:

Tanmaya helped out with the first round of fixes for this issue, and then this morning Praveen helped out with some final issues we uncovered.

As always, really quick respones from Jodo host staff - thanks! Each time I was always from the computer for an hour or so, so all the delays in getting things done ultimately were based on MY response time.

If I had been available I’m sure we could have knocked this out in an hour.

It’s also important to note that Praveen picked up where Tanmaya left off without a problem. How many times have you gotten a new person and had to re-explain everything again?
