Web 4 sites down and no respone from Helpdesk

No doubt part of the ongoing Waco saga, but some of my sites are not responding on web 4.

I’ve raised two tickets, but I don’t think they’re getting through - consequently I can’t say what the ticket numbers are.

If Stephen has not yet been taken away by the men in white coats, would he mind just taking a look?

sorry but i can not do much, i am on road with equipment and cant readily login partially due to my premature laptop death.

What did we figure out about this? I have web4 sites down as well.

Hi WebFire - my Web 4 sites are working again now, but, there may be a snag with receiving emails. I’m about to run a test by sending emails from my Gmail account to the various domains on web 4 to see if they get through.

The CP shows a very basic page for logging into but is fine once logged in.

Haven’t sent in a ticket to the Helpdesk recently so don’t know if tickets are getting through now or not.
