We have four different web sites hosted through Jodohost. I have noticed that just about every week there is a time period where our web sites our down, usually for about an hour or so. It does not occur at the same time or day, appears to be random. Usually when this happens, the jodohost.com site is also unreachable. I am also unable to reach our sites via FTP at these times. However, I am able to access any other site on the web perfectly fine during this time period and when I ask colleagues of mine located in different places if they are able to access our web sites, they are unable to do so as well.
Whenever I contact tech support about these issues I am informed that our sites are running fine and there is no problem. What’s the deal? I am getting a bit tired of the unreliability here and am seriously considering moving our sites to a different host.
