web1 seems to be having a very bumpy ride these days; repeatedly my clients report several minutes of downtime day in and day out – yesterday and today just to give an example. All I get from tech support is a “problem solved now”, which is wonderful, of course, but if the underlying problem is not dealt with, we’ll keep seeing the bouncy server syndrome – and my clients are getting concerned.
Any chance you can take a look and see if web1 is in need of an oil change or something?
