Server rebooted to fix the problem.It is up and all services are responding good now.
Issue again came back.We are checking it.
It was fixed without a reboot today, working to trace the root script that is making cpu/mem very high in spikes that sometimes hold high use.
There was high load on server.We have killed some abusive processes, however this server is still being monitored closely.
