WEB11 Stability, PLEASE FIX

I am going to try to be as polite as possible with this post even though I am extremely angry with JodoHost.

PLEASE FIX WEB11. This server has been up, down, up, down, up, down, up down for the past three weeks!

  1. I send in trouble ticket
  2. You reply, say it is fixed
  3. Website works for a few hours
  4. Website Down again
  5. Go back to step 1
  6. Repeat this 30 times

This is unacceptable for me as a reseller and even more so for a major hosting provider such as JodoHost. I know that your staff is knowledgeable enough to figure out what is going on with this server so please get to the bottom of this or hire a consultant that can pinpoint the problem.

I have over 80 websites hosted with JodoHost and as much of a hassle it would be to switch providers, I may have to do so, soon, in order to get reliable hosting again.

I am also concerned about this server. I dealt with numerous issues regarding reset file permissions during the migration process, but in my understanding, migration of this server is complete and my clients are getting annoyed that their sites are not consistently being served.

yep, i tried weathering the storm but i got so sick of my sites being up and down, I ended up signing up for a hostgator reseller account. so far, very happy with that. 24x7 english tech support too! for the last week I have transferred over 80 sites from jodohost to hostgator.
