web12 is not responding and appear to be frozen when we try to acsess its console. We are rebooting it now
It is doing a HD scan now on the reboot
Almost done we should be up in the next 5 min or less, there is a minor network issue after the reboot
up now, there was a bit of an issue with the java interface to the kvm that slowed us down in fixing that network matter as quickly as hoped.
Issue resolved.
A client’s website appears to have caused the issue.
It is seeing approx 120 requests/sec and serving data at 12mbps.
We are closely monitoring the server and have applied a few changes so performance of other websites on this webserver is not affected.
web12 slowness problem has returned. We are looking into it.
webservice is being stopped for a minute for a quick maintenance.
Service is started a few mins back and appears to be responding fine.
