web15 - problams with Folder Protect ?

Is there anything wrong with web15 ?

can’t set Folder Protect from CP (web shell) and ticket is running from yesterday. (Ticket: JNQ-51718-690)

I know and I’m shore that support is trying hard to figure it out, BUT, if there is a major problem, i like to know about it so i will not find my self losing client for telling him “problem will be handle within few hours”…

If you think solving the problem will take 2 days, please say so…

It is actively being checked but a fix not coming as quick as we’d hope the protect option isn’t doing what it is supposed to do.

Their are manual ways to do this which we’ve done and offered but this protect option is not making the needed files, its being actively checked, and will be repaired as soon as possible. At this time we’ve tried a bit and don’t know when that will be exactly.
