Received report that sites on Web17 have been serving up very slow and incomplete pages all morning.
Confirmed at least two sites on that server are very bad. Other client sites on other servers seem normal.
Just to let you know I had the same issues on web 17 as well. I did put in a ticket and things seem to be a little better now..though still somewhat slow.
Apologies for the delay in response here. We found yesterday a spamming issue causing which it took high server resources. However, we blocked that spammer and after that we’re monitoring the server and it responding quite well.
Still if you’re facing any slowness on sites then i request you to raise a support ticket with your domain. We’ll check it and do the needful.
