Kernel panic has caused this issue. It is fixed now.

WE need to perform immediate file system maintenance on web2, it is not perfomring well while it is up at moment it needs to be taken down for this file system repair work immediate.
Rebooting it to bring it back up, no errors were detected on the scan.
Again there is file system error. We are doing a urgent maintenance.
