Web2 has been a pain.
On pulse, I see web1 and 2 with ftp paused, and some other issues.
What´s up?
Will this machine be again what it has been in the past?
Any hope?
We have monitoring on it, there has been a minor issue or two in the last 24 hours only lasting 1-2 minutes, but nothing sustained.

I guess the IP of this machine is not agreeing with my client´s Access Provider routers… because on a few occasions he does not see the site.
And I have confirmed it with other people, at the same time that I am seeing it perfectly.
I will have to migrate him to another account to see if the issue continues.

can you have him doa traceroute when it is down? It may help a lot.
