Web2 is down??
Please give the reasons when things like this happens. Client ask me what happen and i had no reason and makes us look bad. Took me awhile to get the answer out of live chat also, like they didn’t want to tell me I got the feeling.
They said a H-Sphere issue??
HTTPD crashed, either because of HSphere or because of a bad script. The issue was corrected and its hard to pinpoint what’s exactly to blame. IIS or HTTPD crashes do happen occasionally in shared server environements and stating a reason for each crash isn’t possible.
I suggest you tell your client the same thing
WEb2 is down again, 2nd time this week..
