web3 listed on spamhaus

Hi,

I’m new to JodoHost, currently in the process of moving my sites over from another provider. So far things are looking great, especially seeing how JodoHost was able to migrate to another datacenter with relatively little problems. Very nice!

I am trying to migrate one of my clients’ sites to Jodo, and noticed that the client wasn’t receiving formmail submissions.

As it turns out the web server web3 (IP 204.10.105.200) is listed on Spamhaus ( Spamhaus Blocklist (SBL) | IP DNSBL for effective email filtering) .

Can anything be done about this?

Account already identifiied and suspended. Spamhaus has also been notified.

One of our resellers had signed up a professional spammer. The issue was taken care of and they should unlist us very shortly
