All of my sites that reside on web5 have been having php issues off and on for the last few days.
An error 500 occurs on all php pages, but not on html pages. We do not make any changes to the sites and suddenly they are working again.
Is there something going on with this server?
We have opened ticket #EKV-86494-517 for this issue. They say they have reloaded the configuration. The sites are working now, but I need to know that they are stable and won’t be constantly having these issues.
web16 had a similar problem yesterday…several times during the day that I was aware of.
Twice I started typing a trouble ticket, but it would start working again before I submitted!
Same symptoms too - loading PHP pages produced the error, HTML pages were fine, control panel was fine, FTP was fine.

Please first enable the “Error log” in your hosting control panel for the domain on which facing issue, so that the actual error will logged in that when the problem will occur again.
Error 500 can occur for many reasons on domain, such as “php script timing out on sever” or something mis-configured , but to know what exactly that is, we have to enable error log and look up for that.
Please update us the error logs on ticket for the respective domain name, we’ll check that and will do the needful to fixed that.
