Web5 - local SMTP backed up?

Got a customer who is not receiving their order requests. This happened a couple of weeks ago and it was the local SMTP on same server being used for SPAM. Was told they were booted from the system. Are we having the same issue again??? another spammer using the web5 smtp?

Please inform asap. Trying to get on live chat, but it is taking a while.

All good now. Deepak found it hung for some reason and got her going.

Yes, Deepak resolved this, livechat has been swamped today since the new reseller allocations announcement, tons of people coming on the site and many wanting to ask a few questions.
