Ticket AGS-28117-423 is now in the system.
I have confirmed with jodopulse there is a problem on web5 / unix8.

We have already taken care of this and stopped a abusive script on the server.We are still investigating few more suspicious scripts.
I logged a ticket (ILS-87216-404) before I found this thread (there was nothing in Network Outages and Updates). Even simple pages are taking minutes to download - if they download at all.
No disrespect, but the problem has not been resolved. There must be multiple problems as I still cannot get to the site reliably and this is a very simple html page.
Things have improved over the last hour or so. But I am surprised there is still nothing in the Network Outages and Updates forum.
I accept and apologize. This is the first thing (along with the delay in resolution) i questioned the techs who handled the issue.
We will sure ensure such small communication issues doesn’t happen in future.
For information of all, it was a domain getting 2400 requests/min that mostly look like a DDOS and something not the easiest to handle when there are almost all unique IPs.
