Today 2 clients called me about web6, I was unaware of the situation and so were you guys (JODO). One of these clients were in the middle of a important class via their live chat on there website.
I went to JODO’s Live chat and they helped me without delay and the cause was someone abusing the server. It was so bad that the whole server went down for a few minutes.
My point the other day was only isn’t it better that we all know about a outage so it can be fixed. Tickets can take more time to get to on your end, upsetting my clients and your clients. The end result today, you guys fixed the problem without JODO getting slammed with tickets, live chat users and had the information to add to your fourm. In return my and JODO clients were happy we were on top of it and it saved all of us time answering support tickets, calls and live chat inquires.
A outage is important and I going to do my best for my clients to get things back up and warned you guys so you are aware of it. When being told can’t use live chat in this sort of situation doesn’t make sense to me and has no logic. I told you and you knew about the problem A.S.A.P. that you were unware of and most of your clients probably didn’t even realize what happen. This is why I was upset the other day. Today being a example!
Thanks Praveen & Pyush for taking care care of the issue today and not giving me a hard time about the Live Chat rules. I expect this to be the case in the future with a outage via your live chat.
