I’ve been helping a customer use the file manager on web 7 over the last couple of days and both of us have found it to be really slow, we’re both connected from different locations. I figure it maybe due to backups being run on the server, in both cases it has been between 11pm and 2am (waco time) for us here in Australia thats mid to late afternoon.
Just wondering if the backups are indeed run during this time as the file manager was almost useless due to how slow it was to do anything such as folder deletions , archive extractions etc.
