From the day web7 was installed I had problems with uploading and not just me some of my clients. Some scripts froze up during up loading or at about 94%. I reported these issues when this new server came out.

I was hoping with the maintainence tonight things would be fixed. I just tested 2 different scripts and both froze at 94% during upload then failed about 5 minutes later.

I took both scripts and tested and uploaded to 2 different servers no problems what so ever, they uploaded with no flaws.

Please advise…

Can you let us know the exact way to replicate the issue. Like the FTP client being used, file type and size, OS & any software firewall/antispy if installed.

I will send in a support ticket. I uploading to web3 and another server with no problems. On web7 some scripts fail everytime and get locked up. It has been like this since day one.

Support said last month to use FileZilla, its works sometimes but, sometimes it also locks up sometimes during the upload and at times at 94% then fails.

WIth uploading procudure working on other servers its starange web7 is casuing problems that would hint to me it is the server.

I’m denying anything here. I just want to be able to replicate once, so i know where to look.

web7 sucks.. My live chat still goes down over and over and over. Very activitating when I have to keep watching it,cant evern leve the computer, come back live chat donw.

I will move it. dont have time for this. brought this up many times.. I am so supurprisd there are not more complaints on this server, with the upload issues i was having few weeks ago and now keeps going down. Just frustrating. This week has been nothing but headaces for me… I am tkaing the rest of the day off screw it…

We have a monitoring system that monitors both FTP and scripts on web7. I’ve really been seeing no isues on it.

Can you describe the behavior of your live chat app. What happens when it goes down? It doesn’t load?

I am just moving it to another server later. Just bad luck for me on that server. Tanmaya tried to find the error was unable to, but something is wrong. I will resinatll it on win18 later it just keeps going offline.

I have uploaded over 13GB multiple times to this server in testing(extreme testing)
In addition there is a site I use at least once every 30 minutes on web7 that has 0 errors for me. (that is hpsheremail.info it is temporarily running there while it is jsut dwmail) We are preparing its dedicated server for all the other clients as well, but it is running properly with no errors.

I moved my script off of web7. Since the move, It has been up for almost 2 days and has not gone down not once.

It was at the point my script was going down about every 15min. on web7. Not sure if it is web7 or Mysql1, but it casued me nothing but problems. I am using win18 and MySQL5 for my script now.
