Web 9 was inaccessible for around 30 minutes just now and I was wondering why nothing was posted on the forums in regards to this by support, keeping that lines of communication open is really helpful/important in these situations.
We regret for the inconvenience cause by this, some how we missed that alert. We are still monitoring all server.
