web9 is not working its slow and lagging…
i have been on hold for over 30 min about web9 what is going on wiht it. i cant get a answer from tech whos helping me…
someone is doing some bittorrent distribution causing this, Tanmaya is working on stopping it as it is highly abusive to the server(as you can see)
he is aware and is working on it.
web9 again, is down.

web9 is still going offline. This has been happening all night. it dont stay down long but its going down. goes down in spurts.
When I connected my ftp all servers loaded also but web9 I did a test to make sure it wasn’t me.

Bottom one, it loads each minute a php page from web9, it is not showing any missed checks. I have checked it a few times myself as well and not seen, what do you mean by “spurts” its certainly not going down longer than 1 min at any time.
usually less then a minute. NOw i can’t login via any FTP and File manager comes up page can’t be found. I can connect to any of the other servers via ftp no problem.
I tihnk this may have something to do with the cogent routing issues, and not web9 itself. when i was alerted by ranjan of problems, I could not reach our kvm units, web6, web5, but other items seemed to be working, it all depended on the route bellsouth dsl was taking to reach.
but i am going to bed now.
