Does anyone have an opinion which is better, Webalizer or Awstats? The graphics on Webalizer seem a little more user friendly.
Does turning one or both of them on consume disk space?

Webalizer uses less disk than Awstats, awstats gives a little more info. mostly a matter of preference.
The numbers are not the same for both. I choose AWStats because it has more info.
it is more a method of coputing visitors from hits, they compute them different.
AWStats suits me and my clients much better – the info is quite a bit more extensive.
It lets you track where people are coming from, their searches, their search engines – all important for marketing.
You’ll have better luck using neither of these and instead using either:
eXTReMe Tracking or Google Analytics
