SmarterMail is not a webmail, it is an entire mail system, one that doesn’t work with hsphere in any way. :slight_smile:

I think you must have been answered on ticket about DWMail, but on cluster1 it is there, and cluster2 should be by next weekend.

Now as for SmarterMail, yes it is a good interface, but it is not able to work at all with Hsphere, one could run it on Plesk with a VPs but we don’t have any special deal/offers on it so it would have to be at retail rates. Also one user has used it on VPS and found it to be quite the memory hog.

mail.domain.com (on clients domain of course) should work well to get you access to it :stuck_out_tongue: once there.

I had an install running and messed up trying to give it better look using some new templates, as they were not so clean in integration.
Will get it fixed and also need to setup a few more things so that users on all mailservers in this cluster can benefit from this.

To have clear install that can sustain Hsphere updates fine and support any number of mailservers we add, I’m having to write user authentication and transparent mailserver selection code for our IMAP proxy.
Dwmail install is otherwise sitting here and ready for quite some time:

It won’t authenticate you right now as that part is not done yet.
I’ve been quite tight on time, but will still try to get it online asap.

Unfortuantely, it appears to not be ready yet. The image for “Confirm security code” is not being displayed and hence, I guess, when I do attempt to Login a blank screen is displayed for the following page.

the address box changed to the following:

and the page showed the following error:

There was an error connecting to your mail server. Your server reported: Login aborted

Outlook Web Access Style

Separator, between the list and preview pane, doesn’t appear in Mozilla SeaMonkey :evil:

Needs more work to function better in SeaMonkey

Personally I would love the Outlook frameset version installed on Cluster 1 - its only running DW 4.0.6 but it looks like it’ll work with it.
