Can you post the link of the webmail you are using here

DWmail, Squirrellmail, HORDE, all seem to be working pretty well for me, however there are a few places HORDE runs from, where others run on a dedicated server.

the link is in the ticket i post, TicketID CJM-97894-971

its’ seems to wotk fine now, but during the day, it is not responding, and after i post a ticket, it work again.

Are you using horde, squirrel or dwmail?

When i have this problem, the page did not respond before the list of the webmail applications appear on screen.

Ping my mail.domain is: 204.14.104.85

I think the server problem is overload for some reason during the day. I did not get any explain for the actions of Jodo support so i can’t tell you what they do for handling my ticket. but bottom line is that few minutes after i post the ticket, the problem was solve. A day later, i hade the same problem again, and i post the ticket, and again, it was solve few minutes later.

b.t.w, way Jodo support is not describe the way or the actions that was taken for solving costumers tickets?, if you do, it may be easier for repeat error to be handle.

Horde is slow here to web3. I could go make a cup of coffee come back and i bet it would still be trying to load…
