The (manawars.com) webshell is broken. It gives me a “ERROR: 7 :: Authentication failure” when launching it from the control panel … actually ,it probably isnt broken 
This is the only domain I own that is on a windows box and it’s the first time I accessed it via webshell from the control panel ..
I donno why it gives me an auth error when I was never prompted for my l/p. But with my linux accounts, I dont have to enter an l/p when launching from the CP.
Hmm, on further looking into it, it looks like WebShell is linux only and does not work on Windows. When I look on the right side, it claims my ManaWars account is linux and not windows.. lol, oh well.
Since we now know that Webshell is linux only. Somehow hsphere decided to add lots of files to my manawars.com directory after I had to go through last night and delete them all so that only the correct pages show … index.aspx and it’s subdirectories/files.
Can someone tell me what is going on here? I would hate having to go in every day and delete tons of files because hsphere keeps adding in this stuff.
Actually, webshell is windows and unix I would recommend sending a ticket for this, as I can’t check it from here.
Thanks for the info. Ticket sent in and responded. Unfortunately the folders must stay because they are the default one in the install .. wasting space here. So I’m deleting all the files in the folders but keep the folders .. I really hate wasting space so I gotta make room
