Hello, I’m trying to figure out if there is a problem with webshell for one of my accounts. It is a new account & I have had cgi & 404 errors when trying to upload (1mb+) zips or try to copy/move a large amount of files. But the main concern for the customer is there web files list is in non folder/alphabetical order as opposed to the way webshell list them normally - with folders at the top & the files below alphabetically listed.
In this webshell the files are all over the place. Also when a file is edited in webshell the popup edit page opens to a view where the horizontal scrollbar is nearly 2 pages wide & you must scroll to the right before you can find the vertical scroll bar.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to fix/reset the displays at least?
