Network Connectivity Update – Dallas Data Center
All servers and services within our Dallas data center are operational and accessible through the data center’s network IPs.
However, we are experiencing an external routing issue affecting APYL Inc.'s BGP-announced IP addresses, which may make some hosted websites and services temporarily inaccessible.
Our Dallas data center is a reputable, 24/7 staffed facility. We have contacted their network operations team by phone and opened a support ticket. They have acknowledged the issue and confirmed that they are investigating.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Data Center has found issue on their side. They are working on to fix it.
