all websites on win40 are not loading including webshell.
it has been 2 hours. livechat told me that they were “cleaning the load and it will be fine soon”
but no … websites still not loading!

Sorry about the issue, seems there was a hang up with the backup system which required a reboot to resolve. (it was resolved shortly after your post here, not just now)
