Ok. Here’s my delima …

I have a domain via Shared Hosting with Jodohost. Here, I can make sub domains and such… the usual..

I also have a VPS with a few IP addresses. .. What I want to do, is have a subdomain point to an ip address of my vps …

something like … subdomain.domain.com → (ip address).

Is this currently possible?

For instance, I have my game domain with shared hosting and my game hosted on the VPS server … I would like it if I could have the game client point to server.domain.com and it will connect to my game on the vps server .

Is this possible?

Sure it is possible, enable Custom DNS on your plan and go to the DNS editor, from there make a new DNS A record.

Thanks for the reply Stephen :slight_smile: I must be going blind though. I cannot find a place in the Shared cp to change my plan (Silver Windows, Ref: http://www.jodohost.com/windows.asp ) settings.
