I upgraded my account to the next level and this was posted under refund:

cf_dsn_record.desc is removed due to the incompatibility of the target plan

CF_DSN_record means you are not on a ColdFusion enabled plan so it is not really an error, more information that should if anything be output in a “Misc” window so it doesn’t create stupid “refund” for $0 entries.
