what is going on with web9 all night and today up and down???
Why do techs refuse nothing is wrong with web9, something is going on and this morning something happen because Yogesh said things are find now.
Now Im getting complaints and being told nothing is wrong.
Can we find out the problem and get this fixed???
I hate hearing nothing is wrong when something is wrong, like talkign to a wall. X( X(

One of shared customer domain was abusing web9 server, we have suspended domain immediately. Now web9 server is working fine.
Ok thanks. I knew something was wrong when clients started calling. Please tell live chat, to check before saying nothing is wrong, even so site is loading fine at the time Im speaking with them.
This issue is NOT fixed. Web9 has gone offline serveral times tonight. Its not me, I had someone else check at different location and was down for them also.
THis is why i go to live chat with outages. I WON’T be putting anymore tickets for outages with support system, you will see me at live chat.

AGAIN, what is going on with web9??? 45 min downtime this morning, my client is getting highly upset and hes a very good account. What is being done about this issue.
45 min downtime? may i know where?
We have seen a couple of alerts for the server in past 5 hours, but each resolved swiftly.
My client is saying 45min. I am adding to my support ticket now. we need to get this resolved or move him off this server, this been going on all week.
Please ask him for logs of monitoring service if he has any. Or let us know what exactly was down for him. Looks like we are talking of 2 different things.

Have several sites on Web9. No client has complained, and I certainly would have heard from at least one for a 45 minute downtime.
Not saying it might have went down for seconds or a minute, but I doubt for 45 minutes.
Web9 is down once again now. If we can’t get this fixed, get my clients off this server. This is making me look very bad and been going on for over a week. All my new clients are on this server and I’m tired of hearing about this issue from them.
Working fine for me. I know you are probably ignoring me, but what are you defining as “down”?
Its up now, went down about 10min ago for about 2-3 minutes. I didn’t even know till someone told me then I checked and it was down for me to.
Tanmaya sees the outages in the logs when it happens 99% of the time, so something is going on, he just doesn’t know what is causing it.
