where is cgibin?

I am a new customer. Where do I put my own cgi exe files? I can’t see cgibin anywhere.

You need to activate CGI first:

  1. Click on your Domain in CP
  2. Click “Edit Web Options”
  3. Turn on CGI
  4. Enter in CGI directory (“cgi-bin/”)

Thanks, it worked. But, it created cgi-bin as soon as I clicked on CGI to put it ON.

Now, I moved a cgi exe into it. But, it fails to work. Do I have to set some file or owner permissions on it? I can send you a small test for it if you want.

Is this a file with a .cgi or .pl extension. If you are trying to run an executable, you can’t.
